Our AI-Integrated Child Development Screening Track is built on the Guided Early Monitoring System (GEMS), a technology-driven framework designed to deliver comprehensive developmental screening and assessment for children. The system comprises core components:

Together, these components enable a multidimensional evaluation of a child’s developmental progress, integrating both clinical insights and advanced AI capabilities.
The development and implementation of GEMS align with the World Health Organization (WHO) initiative to shift from a deficit-focused model of child development to a family-centred, participatory support approach. This framework is further informed by the UNICEF model of early identification and early intervention.
Accordingly, GEMS places strong emphasis on active family involvement—empowering caregivers to participate in ongoing monitoring, decision-making, and support of their child’s developmental journey.
